Research

This laboratory was formed with a common academic purpose, focusing especially on quantum computation: materials and devices. Prof. Seok-Kyun SON, who leads the laboratory, completed his postdoctoral research at the University of Manchester (2015-2019). Our laboratory studies all fields related to the entire cycle of quantum computing implementation, from quantum materials to device fabrication and quantum phenomenon measurement. We also study two-dimensional materials (2DMs) based semiconductors such as topological insulators and semimetals, including their bottom-up synthesis.
